Enquiries and information

Our contact form collects your name, company name, email address, selected topics and message. You can also provide a phone number. When you contact us directly, we receive the information you share in your email or conversation. Please share only information needed for your enquiry.

The form forwards your enquiry by email through TurboSMTP to info@alliancebuilder.nl. This website does not have a separate database for contact enquiries. The infrastructure may also process technical information, such as an IP address, timestamp and request details, to deliver and secure the website.

Orders and payments

For a book order, we process your name, email address, delivery address, number of books and, where applicable, company name and VAT number. This information and the payment status are stored in the website’s secure database. Mollie processes the payment; we do not store banking login details. TurboSMTP sends the order confirmation and invoice. We use this information to fulfil your order and maintain our records.

Purposes and legal bases

We use contact details and messages to answer questions and maintain business relationships. This is based on our legitimate interest in being available and handling enquiries carefully, with regard for your privacy. If you ask us to prepare a contract with you, or if processing is necessary to perform that contract, this necessity is the legal basis. Where we are legally required to keep information in our records, the legal obligation is the basis.

How long do we retain information?

Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are retained for up to twelve months. Information relating to an actual engagement or our records is subject to the applicable retention periods. We do not retain information longer than necessary for its purpose, unless a statutory retention obligation applies.

Service providers

The website runs on ChatGPT Sites and uses its hosting and security infrastructure, including Cloudflare. TurboSMTP sends form messages. Mijndomein provides domain registration and DNS; form enquiries are not sent through Mijndomein. Information may be processed by service providers needed for hosting, security and email delivery.

The exact storage locations, any transfers outside the European Economic Area and the relevant agreements with service providers are still being reviewed. Please contact us for current information.

Cookies, local storage and demonstrations

We do not use analytics or advertising tracking on this website. The infrastructure may place necessary security cookies. For example, a Cloudflare cookie protecting against automated traffic has been observed. Your selected grid or list view for Cases may be remembered locally in your browser.

The calculator, AI demonstrations and message builder run in your browser. Demonstrations use example data and are not connected to your business data. When you place an order, your browser temporarily stores a random order reference to help prevent a repeated click from creating a second payment.

Security

The website uses HTTPS to encrypt information during transmission. Email sending credentials are used on the server and are not shared with visitors. We use the information we receive for the purposes described and handle enquiries carefully.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction or deletion of your personal data, or restriction of its processing. You may object to processing based on a legitimate interest. Where the law provides this right, you may also request data portability. These rights may be subject to legal exceptions.

Send your request to info@alliancebuilder.nl. We may ask for information to verify that the request comes from you. Do not send an unsolicited copy of your identity document.
