The challenge is to apply new technology practically, without burdening employees with complicated systems or unnecessary extra steps.

For FIT Vastgoedbeheer, we examined how AI could fit into existing work and which applications could add value within the organisation.

For FIT Vastgoedbeheer, we implemented ChatGPT and helped employees make better use of generative AI.

The focus was not only on the technology, but above all on its application in everyday tasks.

We explored how ChatGPT can be used in a structured, responsible way to support tasks and process information more efficiently.

A new AI tool only creates value when employees know how to use it. That is why we delivered a practical ChatGPT course for FIT Vastgoedbeheer.

The analysis and proposal describe opportunities and recommended next steps. These recommendations are separate from the ChatGPT implementation, training and introduction of AI products that were actually completed.

For FIT Vastgoedbeheer, we also explored physical and digital AI products that can support everyday tasks.

One example is Plaud, an AI-assisted solution for recording, transcribing and summarising conversations and notes. We helped implement these AI products and put them to practical use within the organisation.

This shows that AI optimisation is not only about software such as ChatGPT, but also about smart tools that fit how people work every day.
